Loose-Leaf Pouchong (Bao Zhong) Oolong Tea, Edited
This photo shows Spring Pouchong tea leaves on a plate; the color levels have been adjusted from the original to more accurately depict the typical color of this type of tea, which is greener than most oolongs and sometimes even more green than pictured here.
Unlike most oolongs produced in Taiwan, the leaf of this tea has a long, twisted shape, a little bit like the shape of Wuyi oloongs, and quite unlike the tightly-rolled oolongs produced in Anxi county and much of Taiwan.
