This photo shows workers picking tea in a plantation near Devikulam in the mountains of Kerala, India. According to the photographer's commentary, each worker collects 8 kg of tea per day, and full-time workers earn between 200 and 250 € per month, which is about $276-$356 when this photo was taken in 2014, which would be equivalent to about $286-$369 in July 2017.

This salary seems small relative to the U.S. but it is markedly higher than what tea pickers earn in other parts of the world, including in Northeast India.
