Loose-leaf Bai Mu Dan (White Peony) White Tea

Loose-leaf, large white tea leaves, green and brown and irregularly twistedView Full Resolution

This photo shows loose-leaf bai mu dan (white peony) white tea. Note the relatively large pices of leaf, still intact, and easily recognizable as leaves. There are also some downy buds in the mix.

The color is heterogeneous, reminiscent of some Darjeeling first flush teas.
