Scarlet Bee Balm (Monarda didyma) Flowers

These striking flowers are typically grown as a landscaping plant, but the leaves of this plant are fragrant and have a smell resembling that of the Bergamot orange. They can be blended with black tea to make a surprisingly convincing substitute for Earl grey tea, or they can be consumed as an herbal tea of their own, or blended with other herbs.
