Herbal Tea Brewed from Fresh Mint Leaves (Spearmint)
This photo shows a glass with fresh spearmint leaves in it, being used to brew mint tea. Mint tea can be made both from fresh and dried herbs. The fresh herb infuses much more slowly though, especially if the leaves are not bruised before steeping.
