I'm not usually a fan of ginger flavors, but Gingerbread Spice is nice.
The aroma really reminds me of a cold winter day, warmed by a fire. It has a "homey" smell.
The flavor isn't overly spiced, which is why I like it. It is more of a sweet ginger flavor, as in gingerbread or cookies. I can taste a little cinnamon, too. I was pleased that it wasn't an overwhelming ginger spice flavor.
