My husband actually picked this tea out himself one day awhile back. He love caramel and chocolate, and likes Chai tea. He really enjoyed the flavor of this tea.
I didn't like it simply because I cannot palate caramel. However, I can say that it has a nice blend of the flavors and mixes with chai well. Adding milk would really enhance the flavors of this tea.
You have to like caramel to enjoy it, though.
