The lemongrass is very present, at times dominating the rooibos in the aroma. Also, the lemongrass adds a sharpness and crispness that changes the character of this tea--it is not at all smooth the way rooibos on its own is. I like it though; it's a bit of a surprise but I think it's a welcome one. I think they've used fairly high quality lemongrass and Rooibos.
This is definitely my favorite herbal tea from Two Leaves and a Bud. It has even inspired me to blend lemongrass and rooibos on my own--I actually prefer using green rooibos, however, as I think it blends better with the lemongrass.
