This blend contains three herbs that I like a fair amount, but would not blend in this particular combination for taste alone. The aroma is muddled and somewhat heavy. The chamomile dominates, and the anise is noticeable too...the mint takes a background.

The flavor is both sweet and bitter.

This is an interesting blend, with some complexity...and I think a little tastier than the other wellness teas that I've tried from Helps. I can't really say if it settles the stomach, or aids digestion, as I tend to have a strong stomach that is rarely upset, and I just drank this when I was feeling well. But I still felt fine after drinking it.
