I find this tea to have a more "sophisticated" flavor than other types of black teas. It's more complex and diverse in flavors as you sip. Aside from the caffeine doing its job, the flavors alone wake me up when I drink it.

Brewing too long (which I tend to do) makes it quite bitter. The tea bag says brew for four minutes, and I'd agree that any longer makes it too bitter.

This isn't one I'd like to drink all day every day, but now and then it's a nice deviation in flavors.

I love that it's organic. It also exudes the quality of the tea used in its flavor. There's nothing dull about this tea.
