The ingredients say chamomile, star anise, and lemon balm, but upon drinking it, it seems like there is also peppermint in it. Peppermint has a distinctive aroma, and is a logical choice for inclusion in an herbal blend to settle the stomach, but the fact that it's not listed is a little strange to me.
I don't notice the lemon balm in the aroma, and the anise is very mild, but the chamomile is noticeable.
Overall, this tea has a flat quality like most of the ones from Helps. However, I found it was still pleasant and drinkable. It was a lot like one of the blends from Celestial Seasonings.
