I absolutely love this tea. I let it steep longer than recommended because I enjoy the stronger flavor of spearmint. It's also nice because I've found that I can often brew the same bag twice. While the flavor is definitely less strong, it is still tasty and not as diluted as many other teas. Sleepytime is my favorite before bed or when I'm stressed.
