You can taste the toastiness of this tea. it's slightly savory with more of a strong flavor than regular green tea and would probably go well with a nice stew in the winter. It's a little smokey which threw me off when i first tried it, but not bad. Plus, YMY is relatively cheap and has acceptable quality so at the very least, try it out.
