I do think this tea is a bit expensive for two ounces. The flavor is nice without sugar. You taste the hint of floral notes after the hint of peach. It is light to taste. Was told this would be good before sleeping, haven't been able to test this yet, will follow up on the effects on my sleep.

A warning, Teavana under-states the caffeine content of their teas; their website contains the claim that white tea has only 1% of the caffeine of a cup of tea, which is blatantly false. I've brought it to their attention multiple times, and the claim remains up on the site.

Some of the white tea blends contain much less tea and much more of other, caffeine-free ingredients, so these can be genuinely low in caffeine, but I'd be a little more wary of blends with white tea as the main ingredient, especially if it uses silver needle, as silver needle is quite high in caffeine.

Don't accept Teavana's marketing claims without questioning. Their teas are high quality but I've found that some of the things they say about them are simply wrong.
