The aroma of this tea is wonderful, a bit herbaceous from the Silver Needles and full of floral and straw notes from the roses and chamomile. It takes on a rich sage aroma once it is brewed and the liquid retains a bit of the sage and mixes it with the rose and chamomile aroma.
The taste is very refreshing and mildly sweet. It is safe to say this tea has a cleansing quality to it. First is a sage like taste from the Silver Needles, then a fresh straw like taste from the chamomile. It is followed by the rose which leaves a wonderful floral aftertaste.
