The aroma is a great blend of papaya, mint, chamomile and sweetness. A great blend of herbs. Once the tea is brewed the leaves take on more of a lemongrass aroma with savory herb notes. The liquid also smells very savory and reminds me of pickle spices.
The taste is very sweet, papaya and lemony, reminds me of lemon poppyseed cake. There are also hints of mint, especially as it cools.
