The aroma of this tea is almost all chocolate, vanilla, and spices. I do not detect any Pu Erh, just the truffle like aroma of chocolate. Once I steep the bag I start to notice some earthy Pu Erh but it is still mostly chocolate.
Tasting the tea leaves me a bit disappointed, not much in the way of Pu Erh flavor, it is mostly Chocolate and vanilla with a hint of nutmeg. The price is steep for teabags, but the flavor would be good as an introduction to Pu Erh, to ween in a newcomer to the tea.
