Boy this stuff will surely clear you out! So mentholly-herbaceous-spicy. It's cold, It's hot. It's way too strong to drink recreationally - but for a cold and when you are desparate - give it a shot. I much prefer the "Throat Coat" tea - easier to take.

I'm surprised though that this blend doesn't contain rooibos. When researching rooibos, I found some preliminary scientific evidence that it has a bronchodilatory effect, and several of my friends have also told me anecdotally that they find it helpful for asthma.
