Not bad, but not my type of tea. The bergamot flavor is very muted and I do taste some bitterness (even though I tried to prevent this with a relatively short steeping).
For my second cup I added hazelnut creamer and this improved the tea immensely. So if you like a creamy tea, this isn't a bad base, but as a general rule I like tea that I can drink straight without having to modify or fix it with additions. I will say that they included quite a good bit of tea in the bag and I could, therefore, distinctly feel the caffeine. So it certainly functions as a morning cup, particularly if you like creamer.
Update: I tried this one again, having forgotten that I'd tried it before. This time I was a bit more impressed. The flavor wasn't actually bitter at all. It was more just a strong cup of Earl Grey with a light bergamot flavor. Still makes a good base for a creamer, but I think a fan of Earl Grey shouldn't have a problem drinking this straight.
