I'm not sure if I can review this tea accurately. I misjudged; I used too much tea and I think I steeped it for too long, so I got a bitter, astringent cup. The aroma, dry or steeped, is incredible - hearty, natural peach. Even with an over-steeped, strong cup, the peach flavor was still awesome. I'd probably use 7-10 pearls and steep for 2 or fewer minutes, if I were making it again.
