The first observation I had of this tea is the wonderful deep and even color of the leaves. The aroma of the dried leaves is very pleasant and slightly vegetal. After steeping, I noticed that the color is very light, but the aroma and taste is more bold than expected, with a strong but still pleasant and smooth taste. Overall an excellent green tea that is on the fuller and bold side.
