This chamomile in a humble, flat teabag impressed me with its clean, crisp flavor and bright, fresh aroma. More floral than most chamomile, also fruity, suggesting apple. There is a noticeable absence of the typical bitter aftertaste as well, although the finish is exceptionally astringent, which I didn't like.
Overall one of the better example of chamomile that I've tried. I'd especially recommend this one to people who dislike bitterness more than astringency. I steeped for 5 minutes.
