I found this herbal tea to be very pleasant to drink; the aroma is complex...there's a noticeable lavender presence but it doesn't overwhelm the other ingredients, which mostly impart a rich, earthy quality. I can't really notice the rooibos distinctly though, even though it's listed as the first ingredient. Aroma-wise, this may be the most enjoyable tea I've tried from Republic of Tea yet.

In terms of actual relaxation, I did find this tea relaxing, but it also made me a bit more sleepy than relaxed.

Have they removed the Kava from this blend? The tea I drank definitely contained kava, and the old description on the website used to list it, but their website doesn't list it on the ingredients.
