I love peppermint, and this brand doesn't seem to use a detectable level of stems, non-mint material, spearmint, or other needless filler. The aroma and taste accordingly are nearly maxed for the amount of leaves used (which I always wish were more!).

Although the flavor of this tea is standard peppermint -- no frills, no fillers -- I rated this one higher than most because of the value. If I can pay less than two bucks for about the same volume of dried peppermint leaves per bag, compared to twice or more as much for the same ingredient from a famous brand, and get just as soothing and satisfying of a cup, why not? I drank this tea straight-up. That said, if you like to toss a bag of peppermint in with another tea to add flavor, and do so inexpensively, this is a worthy choice.
