Teabag sample thanks to my friend Kate! This was interesting. I didn't like the initial aroma when I started steeping it, but as I steeped it longer I liked it progressively more.
Mint is the dominant quality in the aroma, but it is not domineering the way mint usually can be. The aroma is smooth and creamy. I don't notice the rooibos base very much, which is unfortunate, because I like rooibos. The chocolate tastes sweet, not bitter the way I like.
Overall, the flavor is mild and smooth. Leaves a cooling finish from the peppermint.
Pleasant to drink but not my favorite blend, I want to taste the rooibos more and I want more bitterness with the chocolate flavour.
