The main aroma I get from this tea is the lemongrass which I enjoy. The flavor of this tea is mainly the sour lemony flavor from the lemongrass along with the fresh taste from the peppermint. Overall this tea is very fresh and zingy but still mild and pleasant to drink. I normally am not crazy about peppermint teas but as an ingredient in this particular herbal mix I actually really like it! The only issue I have is that is has a slightly bitter aftertaste. This tea actually really reminds me of Tazo Zen tea (which also has mint and lemongrass) but this tea tastes way better and seems better quality than the tazo tea. I would buy this again!

I definitely notice the bitter aftertaste in this blend too. I suspect it may come from the eleuthero, an herb which is usually included not for taste reasons, but for its health properties. It's also probably good that it's bitter, as it is a strong medicinal herb that I have read can cause some serious adverse effects if consumed in too big a quantity.
