This is one of the best breakfast teas I have ever tasted. This tea is a blend of a high grown Ceylon black tea and Assam black tea. It has several golden tips in the tea. It has a fine aroma, and a very fruity taste with a little malt from the Assam. I first had this tea at an upscale restaurant in Nashville where it was served in a small glass pot with the infuser beside it for a second infusion if you like. I would call it an English breakfast style tea. I think sugar enhances the flavor but is not needed. I did not try milk. It infuses similar to most black tea with water that has been boiled and stands for a second or two.
