This tea reminded me somewhat of Sencha, but also of Lung Ching. Slightly grassy/vegetal, but not too much and pretty smooth instead.
I was very disappointed though because I could not manage to get a second cup worth drinking - it was simply too bland (therefore the lower rating for value)

I was surprised to see you review this particular tea!!! There are a lot of more esoteric teas where I review them and think the chance that another person on the site will review them of their own initiative is pretty low, and this was one of them!

It looks like we had a similar experience too. I was also disappointed by the weakness in the second steep. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the site, I'm sorry if it seems a bit neglected these days. I've been trying to catch up on the work and bring it up to date though.

Hi, no worries about that. I am based in Germany and TeeGschwender is quite big in the market here with shops in every major and also many minor cities. So far, I liked all of their teas. I will add more reviews soon, now that I am ready to start :)
