This is a straightforward blend of two organic herbs - lemon myrtle and mint. Overall the results are quite nice, even if the myrtle bosses around the mint (which I think is spearmint rather than peppermint - how many mints are there to choose from anyway?) I have this with a little sugar, and have not yet tried it on ice, but I bet it would be fine that way as well.
