This is a pretty straightforward blend of organic (& kosher) yerba mate, peppermint, and lemon myrtle. The tea is named after the famous Australian way of saying hello, but I don't know what connection exists between this tea and that Pacific nation. It is probably just a reference to the yerba mate. The lemony, herbal flavor of the lemon myrtle comes thru the most, with the mint and yerba mate in the background. It contains matteine, which the label claims is similar to caffeine, but I did not get much of a stimulant effect from it. Overall it is a nice tisane and offered at a fair price.
