I will always give a flavored Earl Grey a try; sometimes they are very impressive, sometimes not. It is interesting to see how the teamakers alter the EG formula - I have had them with lavender, chocolate, rose, and vanilla, maybe others too. This Baroness adds lemon, cornflower, and rose along with the bergamot (and some natural flavoring too). I usually have my EG with lemon and sugar, so I was excited to try one with the lemon already included, but I ended up just a little disappointed. This is acceptable with milk and sugar, or lemon and sugar, and it is surprisingly good plain. My palate picks up a candied orange taste, similar to fruit flavored Lifesaver candies. Overall, it is a good one and fairly priced, but I still prefer an excellent, plain EG with lemon and sugar.
