I tried this both hot and iced, and while it is fine hot, it is meant to be served in the summer on ice (with sugar or honey of course, and a squeeze of lemon is good to have as well). It is mostly organic, with only the "natural essences" being not organic. The aroma is floral and fruity, and the flavor emphasizes the raspberry, but it is not overwhelming. The bergamot flavor is in the background, and you can taste the tea itself, which is how things should be. Very nice imo.
