I’m not a huge Earl Grey person, but I think this one is done well! The flavor is strong and pleasant. I brewed it as directed (200°F, steeped for four minutes). I covered it while brewing with a silicone mug cap. It drank two good-size mugs of this tea and enjoyed both. People into bagged Earl Grey should like this more than me. :-)
