Champs de lavande means fields of lavender in French. On the product page, Upton brags about how Yahoo Life named this their best tea of the year for 1925. And it is a good one, different from the usual, that is for sure. I tasted a lot more vanilla than lavender, and the floral, spicy notes combine well with the tannins. For certain a nice, fancy tea.
