This is a weaker version of Turmeric Ginger that still somehow has chamomile as the main ingredient by mass, but not by aroma nor taste! As such, one may be quite disappointed if expecting turmeric-flavored chamomile. Instead the effect is of faintly chamomile-flavored ginger with turmeric for color and advertisement.

The idea of a turmeric chamomile tea was intriguing, even with the "turmeric and chamomile, infused with herbs and spices," caveat stated in their web description. Looking in the bag, turmeric grains and ginger pieces each take a backseat to chamomile by volume. Alas, because of the strong flavor of ginger, it overpowers the chamomile, which is only barely detectable in either dry or wet aroma, or taste. Yet if looking for a flavored ginger tea, the chamomile doesn't flavor it enough to count much. It's just much too ginger-dominant. Whatever other "herbs and spices" Vahdam uses get lost in the ginger eruption too. The net result is a tea that isn't ginger enough, certainly isn't chamomile enough (despite the by-mass majority), and seems somewhat disjointed. It's not offputting, so I did rate it above 50. But as turmeric herbal teas go, it's not high on my favorites list either.
