The quality of this rooibos surprised me...it's surprisingly aromatic, and more fruity than most. Almost no astringency, and slightly sweet. Less of the unpleasant tones in the aroma that some rooibos has. So far, the best rooibos I've tried in teabags, other than Equal Exchange's wild rooibos in pyramid sachets.
I used a brief brewing for this one, and then made it into iced tea. It made outstanding iced tea.
Kudos to Twinings for doing a really good job on this one.
