I’m not crazy about this tea, but it may because the water I’m using is too hot — making it go bitter more easily. I am currently at my family’s for the holidays, and my method of brewing is to dispense hit water from a Keurig. The Apple is somewhat present but not strong or sweet enough to counteract the bitterness of the tea.
I’ll have to try this again at home where I have more temperature control. If that doesn’t help, I’ll be adding this to the community collection of tea at work.
