Well, I do live in Oklahomi, so I doggone should try a tea called Tulsi. :-) Since I had to add this tea to the list, I'll assume it was a fairly recent addition to Organic India's product line, thereby hitching the brand to the turmeric-tea faddy wagon.
I probably should have tried a basic Tulsi tea first to learn better what that herb tastes like by itself, but this is what was available at a relative's house. In aroma and taste, the ginger strongly dominates, and I hardly can taste the turmeric (good!). The aftertaste was mildly stale, but still a far, far more-tolerable experience than that of the only other ginger/turmeric bag I've tried so far (from Trader Joe's...an aftertaste of memorably horrendous proportions).
Organic India's version of ginger+turmeric has a rich, dark color when steeped for 10-15 minutes, lots of sediment at the bottom of the cup, and a moderate (neither weak nor strong) intensity. I'd drink it again, though I finished with no clue what the Tulsi contributed, flavor-wise.
