Peppermint tea is going to get a good rating from me in general, since I like the flavor so much, unless the leaves are stale and/or weak. This is neither—flavorful and smooth, with a nice dry- and wet-bag aroma, as well as smell and taste in-cup. A restaurant serving this tea, especially in a small cup to maximize potency, won't lose customers over it. The main drag on the rating here—and it's not a major one—is that they could have used a stronger peppermint, and/or more leaves in the bag (there's plenty of room, even when wet).
This doesn't seem to be the same as the "Hint of Mint" tea also listed here under the Rituals brand, since Mint Herbal Tea is pure peppermint. If I find Hint of Mint, I'll grab some and verify one way or another. I've seen this tea in a few hotels, and it's also offered in at least one university-run cafe on the OU campus, along with a handful of others of this brand. So if you're a Rituals fan, don't give up; this tea is still around and in scattered places (presumably whomever has a contract with US Foods).
