Holmfirth Tea is a tea company based in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, England. Holmfirth Tea was founded by Onita Harrison, then owner of the Number 11 Restaurant and Bar, which has since changed its name to Smythes Tearooms and Bistro. Holmfirth Tea started selling tea in September of 2009; its blends have been specifically designed for local tastes, based on feedback received from local residents.[1] Accordingly, the company presents itself as "A Local's Brew".
