oh man, i have a special spot in my heart for this tea. i regularly drink it with milk at my british friend's house... a cup of that and a few "digestive biscuits" is a treat. a nice, smooth tea, assuming you don't steep it for too long. definitely has lots of bitter tannins. a protein source like milk is very effe...
