This is a great tea for most people. Green tea can be more of an acquired taste and red(black) tea can be heavy on the tannins, but this white peony is right in the middle of tea flavors. I love Shang tea. It's probably the best tea shop that you can buy from in the Midwest. This particular tea though- is for a very particular kind of person. This is one of my very favorite teas. This tea is incredible and probably my most ordered from Shang tea in general. The tea has a decent aroma, but where it truly shines is its flavor.
