Assamica Plants Growing near Sun Moon Lake, Nantou, Taiwan
This photo shows a plot of tea plants of the Assamica cultivar, named for the Assam region of India where these plants are more typically grown. Note the very large leaves, characteristic of this variety of the tea plant.
