This tea appears to be produced by Mlesna and marketed by Metropolitan, based on the photo. I can't find it on either company's website, though they show examples of other teas in the sort of lightweight wooden box this came in. In the box is a plastic/foil wrapper containing 25 bags that are not individually wrapped.
