Loose-leaf Junshan Yinzhen Yellow Tea
This photo shows Junshan Yinzhen, a yellow tea consisting exclusively of buds. This tea is a little like Bai Hao Yinzhen (silver needle white tea), but has an additional yellowing step in the process, leading to a slight oxidation.
