My friend picked up this tea bag for me; I've never seen it for sale and couldn't find it listed among Lipton's regular offerings, although it was listed under food service: it may not be available in the U.S. outside of food service settings.
There's not much aroma to the dry tea bag, nor to the brewed cup (3 minutes with boiling water). Upon drinking, some interesting aromas emerge. The main aroma is, oddly, of celery and black pepper. The flavor is rather savory. There's surprisingly little bitterness. The flavor and aroma are both very muted, they feel very controlled.
Not at all interesting but also not bad. But also, not particularly typical for an Earl Grey.
