I mainly drink this tea when my stomach is less than happy. The mint really helps settle my tummy during minor turmoil, and all without caffeine.
The flavor isn't something I go nuts about. It is very strongly a mint flavor, of both peppermint and spearmint. It is refreshing, it is not sweet.
I don't dislike the flavor, but it isn't one I reach for for an ordinary cup of tea. It use it more as a medicinal tea, which it works well for.
