I don't care for the overall flavor of echinacea itself, so to drink this tea for its flavor isn't my thing. I drink it for the immune health benefits that I truly believe in.
This tea works great at helping me fight off a cold. It also works really well for my hubby, who actually love the flavor of it!
If I add lemon or lime juice to this tea, it tastes much better. Takes away that pungent earthy taste that I don't care for.
