To me this dry tea smelled like one of my favorite aromas - mac and cheese. The first infusion was a combination of a floral, with raisins and caramel, with a tiny hint of smoke. The second was more floral and sweeter, with more raisin in it.. As it cooled, it developed a certain fruitiness that reminded me of peaches, but it was more complex than that. I've not had any Red Robe Oolong before, so I have nothing to compare it to. By itself it was very, very good and I am sure I could've gotten far more than 2 infusions from it.
