This is without a doubt one of my favorite Tazo teas and also one of my favorite herbal teas. It balances just the right amount of chamomile with other ingredients so that there's a lot of chamomile in the aroma but there's also a lot of other stuff going on too. Unlike some of Tazo's other teas, this one is not too sour--just a tiny bit tangy.

The aroma is pleasantly fruity and very complex. Very fresh, clean, somehow both warming and cooling. Both the mint and lemongrass/lemon balm are noticeable but don't dominate. I also think they were intelligent to use more spearmint than peppermint. I find this tea is also rather comforting to drink...it makes me feel good.
